All lights are carefully inspected and tested prior to shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
30-Day Replacement Guarantee
If you experience any issues with your lights within 30 days of purchase, we will send a replacement bulb at no cost.
How to Request a Replacement
Contact our customer support team at (903) 286-7025 or support@castinglights.com.
Provide your order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
We may request a photo or video to better assist you.
Once verified, your replacement bulb will be shipped promptly.
Exclusions
This policy covers manufacturing defects or product failure under normal use.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or natural events (storms, floods, etc.) is not covered.
After 30 days, replacements may be subject to standard pricing.
Shipping Costs
Replacements within 30 days are shipped free of charge to the original shipping address.
